Thermostats
When installing a thermostat, it is important to know whether it is suitable for your situation. For example, do you have a central heating boiler, district heating or a heat pump?

Check using our connection tables what connection options your boiler has and how to connect the thermostat to this. You generally have three options:
- On/off (or on/off): the simplest way and also the least error-prone when connecting your thermostat.
- Opentherm: a widely used protocol to control the boiler “modulating”
- BUS: its own protocol differs per manufacturer, most thermostats are not suitable for this. However, almost every central heating boiler has an on/off connection in addition to a BUS
